I have build one habit last year which is in Autopilot mode regardless of the situation ( reading one hour every day — I have read 56 books a year)

Why do I call it auto pilot mode is because No matter where I am, No matter how I am, No matter what I am doing, I read 60 minutes every day.

How to build a habit loop that goes into autopilot mode.

Last night I had gone for the party and I drank 4 glass of wine and suddenly as many of you know being drunk is altogether a different thing.

I really don’t remember when I booked the cab and reached home.

But the moment I got on to the bed suddenly I felt incomplete and I am not faking its a truth.

Then in auto mode, I opened kindle and started reading the book called ultra learning and I remember I had read it 20% and before sleeping I read it till 42%.

And yes I do remember what I have read last night.

So coming to point how have I formed this habit

I made a promise to myself no matter what I will read for 90 days continuously.

I reached home at 2am still I read

I was suffering from anxiety still I read

Had personal issues still I read

Was in hospital still I read

No matter what the situation I ensured I will read.

Post 90 days and 150hrs of reading my habit went into auto pilot.

Now no matter what I read everyday.

So now my plan for 2020 is to become an effective communicator, so no matter what I will improve my communication.

And Dec 2020 will update my status.

Hope each one of you who has read this will form an habit in 2020 which will help them in their life.

Just keep chasing it and don’t stop.
